REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

At Zarawy, we take great care to provide clear and detailed product information to help customers make confident purchasing decisions. Our website includes product images, videos, descriptions, and details so customers can view the item as clearly as possible before placing an order.

Although we state that return requests may be made within 7–10 days of receiving your order, this does not mean that all returns are automatically accepted. All return requests must include a relevant and valid reason for the return.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or reasons such as “I don’t like it” or “I expected the quality to be different,” where the product matches the images, videos, and description provided on our website.

If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us first. We are happy to provide additional information, images, videos, or a sample to help you make the right decision before ordering.

Returns or refunds will only be considered where there is a valid issue with the product, such as the item being faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described. Any concerns must be reported to us within 7–10 days of receiving your order, along with photos or videos showing the issue.

Please note that items must not be returned without prior approval from Zarawy. Any unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions for Return:
- The gift pack must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Return Process:
1. Online Purchases:
   - Contact our customer service team at admin@zarawy.com or 0478 569 569 to initiate a return.
   - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges for a different item are accepted within the 7 day return period.
- Follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped to you at your cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
